A Day Off & Christmas Shopping

It's not often that a day to spend snuggling under my great grandmother's afghan comes along guilt free. But, here I am enjoying myself despite needing to finish catching up on the laundry. Every year, it seems like the inevitable question comes around: What do you want for Christmas? And I sit there thinking.... and thinking... and being unable to come up with anything. So, as part of my day off, I thought it would be fun to brainstorm gift ideas. I think these would work for just about any girl on your list:

Have you browsed Shade Clothing's most recent cataloug? Their shirts go perfectly with skirts to mix and match. They have little girl clothes too!

Funky Frum also has some of the cutest, most unique skirts I've ever seen! They are a bit on the expensive side, but, hey a girl can dream can't she?!

Alright, maybe some great music is a better idea. I've just discovered Nichole Nordeman, and love her music.

Of course, a subscription to Victoria Magazine would be a great addition to any girly-girl's mailbox, too.

P.S. I'm not being paid in any way to endorse these companies or products, I just love them and think you might too!

Christmas seems to come so fast--it is so important to slow down and enjoy the days---I am trying to work towards simplicity!! Keeping things simple! Hope I can do it. (and keeping my focus on God's Great gift)

I love Nicole Nordeman- her music is amazing! She has a greatest hits album out and I just got a copy of it recently. Her music really makes me think!

Love the skirts too!
